SHIPPING AND RETURNS
HFC ships same day on all orders placed before 2 pm EST. All orders are processed within 72 hours, during business days.
Please reach out to hfreechoice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery if there are any items missing or any issues with your order.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
HFC ships same day on all orders placed before 2 pm EST. All orders are processed within 72 hours.
- Shipments are processed on normal working business days, Monday-Friday.
- Health Free Choice may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience shipping and processing delays.
- Health Free Choice is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate address and contact information. We DO NOT and CANNOT edit customer's addresses in anyway.
- Health Free Choice is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages by the carrier.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping are on average 1-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during check out, and the location of your shipping address. Delivery time includes processing and shipping time.
USPS First Class and Priority shipping times are only estimates not guaranteed.
- USPS First Class is estimated 5+ business days to arrive. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
- USPS Priority Mail is estimated 3+ business days to arrive. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
Once your parcel leaves HFC, shipping times are dependent on carrier. If you have order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") you must contact HFC Customer Service within 7 days after the last tracking update for U.S. domestic shipments.
FREE SHIPPING
HFC offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $25.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently don't offer international shipping. Subscribe to get notified when shipping to your country will be available.
EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange any unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order. Store credits for exchanges will be completed once items are received at HFC office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at hfreechoice@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
What if my order is delivered to the wrong address?.
If the carrier made a mistake delivering to the wrong address, the package will be replaced at no additional cost. Shipping insurance does not cover packages with incorrect addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. We DO NOT and CANNOT edit the customer’s addresses in any way.
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
For a lost, stolen, or damaged package, please contact the carrier.
